hello!

I’m Cassie.

I began my journey as a therapist at the University of Connecticut, receiving my bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology, followed by my master’s in Social Work. I have worked in a wide array of environments, including schools, homes, outpatient centers, residential settings, and now, my own home. Regardless of the environment, I have always practiced with young children and their caregivers.

My Practice

I began my practice in 2021, when the pandemic hit and I was pregnant with my first child. I knew I wanted to chase my dreams and help as many women as I could. Working from my home allows me the flexibility to meet my client’s schedule needs, as well as be present for my own family. I lead my practice with compassion and empathy, walking right by your side through your entire journey.

how I practice

Therapy designed for your individual needs

I am located in Litchfield County, Connecticut and offer teletherapy for individuals throughout the state. When beginning therapy with me, you will quickly learn my approach is gentle, laid back, and I want this hour together to feel as a relaxing moment of self care to fill your cup for the day. Together, we will establish a therapeutic relationship and trust, defining goals for treatment and a schedule that meets your needs.

Stepping out of our comfort zone is scary for most, but without discomfort, there is no growth. As you explore areas of vulnerability or stress in treatment, I remind my clients that I walk through this journey with you hand in hand, rather than pushing from behind or running ten steps ahead. I will meet you where you are, while challenging you to your fullest potential to achieve your goals towards healing.
